If your app only found one sensor, make sure:

  1. Both sensors are inside the Playermaker 2.0 case.
  2. Both sensors are ON (read this article to check if your sensors are on).
  3. Your phone's Bluetooth is ON.
  4. Your phone and sensors are in close proximity to one another.

If your app still only found one sensor, then:

  1. Shut down the Playermaker 2.0 app.
  2. Turn your phone’s Bluetooth OFF.
  3. Perform a hard reset to the sensor that won't be found.
  4. Restart your phone.
  5. Turn your phone's Bluetooth ON.
  6. Open the Playermaker 2.0 app.
  7. See if your sensor(s) is found by the app.
  8. Repeat steps 1 - 6 up to 3 times, or until the app recognizes your sensors.
  9. If steps 1 - 6 didn't work, then try deleting the app and redownloading it.
